Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales since 2008. Admitted in Italy as Dottore Commercialista e Revisore Legale in 2006.

Tax practitioner with over 20 years of experience in London and Milan, advising private capital managers on fund structuring, M&A cross-border transactions, equity ownership arrangements, carried interest, co-investment structures, and private wealth structuring. Awarded the "Freedom of the City of London" and membership in the Worshipful Company of International Bankers (WCIB) in 2016.
